Shipping, Care Instructions, Cancellations and Returns
Ordering, Fulfillment, and Shipping
Once your order has been placed it will then move to our fulfillment process. Each of out items are made to order so fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your item, this time is calculated in business days:
- 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, hats, etc.)
- 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (mugs, phone cases, etc.)
97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Shipping time via USPS is 3-5 days after fulfillment unless and expedited option is chosen.
Cancelling an Order
We hope that you never want to cancel an order that you place here on SoulFire Clothing. That said, things do happen and maybe your changed your mind on that awesome item. Please initiate your cancellation within 48 hours. This is because all of our items in our store are custom made when you order them. This means we do not have thousands of garments in a warehouse and each one is made especially for you! Typically production starts 24-48 hours after you place an order so that is reason for this cancellation window. Any order cancelled outside of 48 hours will have to be sent back to us before the refund can be processed.
Care Instructions
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Returns
You may return apparel items within 20 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping costs, exchange, or store credit. We'll also pick up the return shipping costs for you if you are in the United States! If you have it available, please try to return it in the original packaging. If not, that is OK too.
You should expect to receive your refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, within 7 days of receipt from the return shipper depending on your bank.
