Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described herein. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time; changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.
1. Fulfillment Partner Disclosure
Orders placed through our store are produced and shipped by Printful, Inc., a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider. All items are made to order; we do not maintain a pre-existing inventory. Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment and shipping are performed by Printful and are subject to Printful’s production and carrier capabilities. We are not liable for delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by Printful or its carrier partners beyond the remedies described in this policy.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment Times
Fulfillment time is the time required to produce your item before it is handed to a shipping carrier. Fulfillment times are measured in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) and vary by product type:

On average, over 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer. These figures are historical averages provided by our fulfillment partner and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Note: Fulfillment time does not include shipping transit time. Total estimated delivery time equals fulfillment time plus shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been fulfilled, it is handed to a shipping carrier selected by Printful. The carrier may vary depending on the destination, product type, and selected shipping method. Carriers may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others.
Estimated transit times after fulfillment are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping (International): 5–20 business days, depending on destination
- Expedited Shipping (International): 1–3 business days, where available
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and others). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
5. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Available destinations and shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
For most international destinations, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by us at checkout. We are unable to predict or estimate these amounts; please consult your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
For orders shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom, a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping option may be available at checkout where supported by your platform. When DDP is selected, applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and collected at the time of purchase, and no additional charges will be assessed upon delivery. DDP availability depends on order size, fulfillment location, and platform compatibility; it is not guaranteed for all orders.
We are not responsible for delays arising from customs processing or inspection by destination-country authorities. In the event an order cannot be exported due to product restrictions applicable to your destination country, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Note to counsel: Printful’s DDP service is currently available for Canada and the UK only. Counsel should confirm whether any applicable state, federal, or international export control regulations require additional disclosure or impose restrictions on specific product categories shipped internationally.
6. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched by our fulfillment partner. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system after shipment.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or other members of your household. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. We will review the claim and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or issue store credit. Replacement orders are subject to standard fulfillment times.
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order by our fulfillment partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully prior to placing an order.
We will accept return or replacement requests only in the following circumstances:
- The item received contains a material defect in manufacturing, printing, or embroidery quality attributable to our fulfillment partner;
- The wrong item, size, or color was shipped due to a fulfillment or processing error; or
- The item was damaged in transit (subject to Section 7 above).
Eligible requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To initiate a claim, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable. Approved returns must be shipped in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a fulfillment defect.
9. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed with our fulfillment partner, cancellations and modifications may only be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at info@soulfireclothing.com if you need to cancel or modify your order.
We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or modify orders after the 24-hour window, and no refund will be issued if production has already commenced. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be recalled.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected item(s). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, carrier errors, or customs holds.
Nothing in this policy limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Note to counsel: This limitation of liability clause should be reviewed for enforceability under applicable state consumer protection statutes, including any mandatory remedy provisions that may supersede contractual limitations.
